This airy antique bar pin is a lovely example of early 20th-century American jewelry. Crafted in solid 10k yellow gold (stamped “10K” on the clasp and testing nearly 14k due to period over-karating), it measures 46 mm long × 12 mm wide and weighs 2.2 grams. Ideal for everyday wear on a lapel, scarf or collar.
At the center is an oval imitation turquoise cabochon (period plastic/resin) in a simple bezel. Details include the machine-made round tube hinge and original lever safety clasp, both pointing towards late 1910s–1920s construction.
